School Policies Featured

The college administration will appreciate if the students will adhere to the following school policies. These points will also be covered in details on Presentation Day (First day of the school):

1. School Discipline

Starting from next session, a newly designed disciplinary committee will be formed which will enforce the rules and regulations and will monitor pupils’ performance in a very systematic way.

2. School Uniform

Starting from the new session the school will enforce a strict uniform policy. Every student must wear a proper uniform (guideline will be provided) that can be purchased in advance by the contracted vendor. Please make sure that your son/daughter/ward arrives here in a proper school uniform. For more information please contact us. 

3. School Dues

All the previous balance of students’ tuition fee or any outstanding balance towards the school must be paid in full for the academic year 2015-16, till July 2016, on or before the Annual Result Day (1st June 2016).

4. Punctuality

Students must arrive to school in time and must follow all the punctuality rules. Disciplinary committee will monitor the issues starting from the new session.

5. Electronic Gadgets

All sorts of electronic gadgets or portable electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, PDAs are restricted in school premises at all times. 

6. Behavior and Respect

Students will be provided with information about updated rules and regulations regarding the behavior, discipline and code of ethics such as respecting teachers and other school faculty. Disciplinary committee will ensure that school’s code of ethics is strictly followed.

7. Leadership and Personality Skills

Starting from next term, the school will implement a new program regarding the personality skills and leadership potential of the students.  Specially designed staff will explore the raw talent of students and will divide them into different skilled groups. Furthermore, a student body will be formed that will consist of the top leaders and talented students.

8. New course-books / Textbooks

The school has updated its coursework therefore new textbooks have been introduced which will be available for purchase from the school.

9. Dollar Payments’ Currency Policy:

Parents and guardians, kindly make sure to comply with the following policy regarding the tuition or other payments towards the school that are in form of US dollars:

a. Dollar bills must be clean and should not be older than year 2000 (Series 2000 and above), which means the issuance of the series of the US dollar bill must be after January 2000.

b. Dollar bills that has more than two (2) dealers’ stamp will not be accepted.

c. Any handwritten marking or any sign of wear and tear on dollar bill is not acceptable.
